Artist Statement
Sheila Jones, founder of Mosaics by Mama J, began her creative journey several years ago with a deep passion for working with glass. What started with mosaics has since grown to include fused glass, expanding the range of her unique collection. Her work has been recognized locally, including a feature as a guest artist at Carmel Art on Main. Partnering with fellow glass artist Robin Ridge, the two have built a thriving business—selling their creations in local shops, earning a 5-star Etsy rating, and sharing their skills through classes in both mosaics and fused glass. They also bring their artistry to private parties and special events, making glass art an experience for all to enjoy.
